The GOLD Standard in Executive Placement
HRG Professional provides a comprehensive search package that begins with a promise to source until we find a suitable candidate. We conduct a needs analysis and needs definition that provides our road-map for the sourcing process. Our focus in on “A” level candidates and conduct all prescreening for compensation, location and job interest. We conduct background checking and manage the interview process. Once the interviews are underway we review with you, the client and then debrief the candidate(s). We support the job offer and negotiation process and follow-up with candidate and management from hire date to three months beyond.
Executive Placement with Advanced Services
HRG Optimum clients received the same high quality search that is outlined in the Gold service. For Optimum clients we have included certain upgrade-services that we often receive requests to provide. For example, in Optimum you receive a full written needs definition report, versus a more standard conference call verbal report. If your interview team requires more help you will receive a series of interviewing tools that are helpful for those who are less experienced in executive interviews. Optimum clients receive enhanced onboarding support and access to our specialist partners for a higher level of support.
